    • Domestic Shipping: Typically, orders within Romania are delivered within 5-15 business days after shipping.

    • International Shipping: For international orders, delivery times may vary between 15-30 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.

  4. Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the progress of your package.

Returns Policy:

  1. Eligibility: We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return.

  2. Return Period: To be eligible for a return, please initiate the process within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we won't be able to accept returns.
